Born in the mid-1980s, Stéphanie grew up with a childhood full of happy memories. Her teenage years were marked by self-questioning that would shape her strength of character and her ability to adapt.
It was in the Sea Cadets that she discovered discipline, independence and self-confidence. In 2008, she stumbled upon a magazine article about the legendary Badwater. That read was a spark — running became a true way of life.
In 2014, she discovered the joy of becoming a mother. This added a new depth to her outlook on life: passing on values, inspiring by example and reminding us that being present can transform a path.
